Wrigleys - Planned Internet Work – Short Interruptions Expected – Maintenance details

Our internet provider has scheduled maintenance on the connection that serves our Leeds data centre during the early hours of 24 April 2026 (midnight–6:00am). If we did nothing, this would cause a long period without access to Wrigleys hosted applications (e.g., Citrix, PMS).

To avoid this, we will temporarily route Leeds internet traffic through our Sheffield connection. This allows us to keep services available, but it does mean there will be two short interruptions while the switch is made and then switched back.

What to expect

• Thursday 23/04/26 at 22:00
  We will switch internet traffic over to Sheffield.
  You will notice a brief loss of connection for a few moments.

• Saturday 25/04/26 at 18:00
  We will switch traffic back to Leeds.
  Again, there will be a brief interruption.

These interruptions should only last a short time and are planned to avoid a much longer outage overnight. No action is required from colleagues.
