    Planned Maintenance – Conflicts (EU & UK Regions)
    48-Hour Advance Notice

    On Thursday, August 27, Conflicts - EU and UK will undergo planned downtime for maintenance between 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM EDT (August 27).

    This corresponds to:

    11:00 PM – 3:00 AM BST for the UK (August 27–28)
    12:00 AM – 4:00 AM CEST for the EU (August 28)
    During the downtime window, Conflicts may be unavailable for a period of time but will be immediately available once the update is complete. This downtime will not require re-indexing.

    This update includes the following:
    RESOLVED ISSUES

    Search requests returning a large volume of results could fail to complete, leaving the search in a Searching state. Search result processing has been moved to a service with significantly more memory available, and these searches now complete successfully.
    Note: There is no change to how searches are created, run, or reviewed, and no change to the search results themselves.
