Buliding Power Down

We have been given short notice from the managing agent of 3 Wellington Place that an essential building shutdown will take place on Sunday 1 November 2026, from 9:00am until approximately 3:00pm. These essential works are necessary to ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of the building.
During this period, building services will be affected, and parking beneath the building will not be permitted.
IT will power down all on premise systems on Friday 31 October at 5:30PM and will power it back up once the works are completed on Sunday evening.
Email, iManage, Teams, telephony and all the systems you access directly from your laptop will continue to work during this period, the systems that you access via the Windows App such as the PMS will be off during this time.
