We have found a fix for the error message that shows when starting a new email. The error hasn't appeared again after a week of monitoring but if you are still receiving an error message each time you start a new email or reply, please email the service desk and we will get in touch with you.

A majority of the firm are still receiving a "Something went wrong" error message when starting new emails in Outlook. This message is from the Signature 365 add-in that we use and does not cause any issues in sending emails. We are still currently investigating and in contact with the third-party support team to help find the cause for this.
