We will be performing essential maintenance to upgrade our OfficeTalk database and deploy updates to our PMS system. During this time, the OfficeTalk application and the Wrigleys Ribbon add-in in Word will be unavailable including until the next working day.
Please note that while updates are being applied to the PMS system, it should remain operational however, you may receive error messages. If this happens, simply close the application, wait a few minutes, then re-open it to continue working. It would be preferred if all colleagues remained logged out of the PMS applications however.
These updates are aimed at improving system security and performance (OfficeTalk) and the formatting of automated emails (PMS).
