Non-Liberate colleagues are unaffected.

We expect all colleagues with access to Liberate log off from Citrix at 5:30 PM sharp so that IT and Linetime can perform the required updates to Liberate which will not be successful if colleagues are accessing Liberate at the time.

IT will be coordinating with some colleagues on the night to ensure the update is successful but other Liberate users not involved in the testing should not log back in to Citrix until the next working day.

Colleagues who rely on Liberate wishing to do some level of work can do so outside of Citrix on their laptop locally in Outlook and cloudimanage.com however note that Liberate and the Outlook add-in is unavailable outside of Citrix.
