Update
The incorrect username or password message is still displaying when logging in to Citrix. This is being investigated further but for now please select Other User and enter your email address and password

Identified
We have identified the issue relating to authentication and will work to get a resolution as soon as possible. The main applications like Teams, Outlook, iManage and OneDrive will ask for your password. It may display an error message after putting in the password. Clicking on Continue seems to authenticate regardless of the error.
Please contact the service desk if any application isn't authenticating.

Investigating
There is currently an issue after connecting to the Citrix Desktop causing a message to appear "the username or password is incorrect". We are investigating this but as a temporary fix, select other user and sign in using your email address followed by your current password.
