Citrix - Unexpected Multiple MFA Prompts

    We believe the issue is now fully resolved.

    We have identified the cause of the issue and a fix has now been applied.

    Anyone currently working in Citrix will need to sign out completely. To do this, click the Start button, select your user profile icon, then choose Sign out. Wait a few minutes before signing back in.

    After signing back in, apps inside Citrix that use a Microsoft Account such as Word, Teams, OneDrive, and iManage should work as normal again.

    We are aware of an issue affecting some colleagues when signing in to Citrix Apps and Desktops. You may be asked to log in more than once, including repeated MFA prompts.

    If you see a message asking whether to stay signed in, please choose “No, this app only.” A screenshot of the message is attached.

    The IT Team is investigating and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

    This incident has been resolved. Any addtional reports are being dealt with on an individual basis.

    Hi,

    We have received reports of when some emails have been sent, any '£' have been replaced by a '?', other characters may also be affected. This hasn't been affecting everyone but it is a reported widespread issue. We have now implemented a suggested fix, if anyone continues to experience this issue, please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@wrigleys.co.uk.
